What do you offer?
Our investment approach is
principally to invest in shares of common stocks of publically traded
companies that we believe have promising futures but are selling
for less than they are worth.
What is my investment philosophy?
Our approach is to take a long-term view and buy shares of companies
who we believe have predictable, promising futures.
How is this done? While a number of approaches are used, our most
common strategy is the Buffett-like technique of patiently searching
for that rare company with a durable franchise and good management that
is temporarily “on
sale.”
How does this differ with how you invest your own money?
Bradyco Financial believes in treating our clients as
if they are family (which, in some cases, they are). When our clients’ money is invested
in new investments, the personal money of Bradley F. Richardson (and/or
his wife) is generally invested at the same time with the same price as
our clients’
How can you follow your progress?
You will receive trade confirmations and monthly statements
detailing portfolio holdings by postal mail or e-mail from the
custodian (Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.). You can also keep tabs 24/7
on your investments via Schwab’s website https://client.schwab.com.
Every quarter, I will share with you your investments and how they
are doing. I will also give you a performance report as well as a
statement detailing my investment management fees (which are
automatically deducted from your account).
What makes me different?
I work for you and not for some big impersonal
institution. I am conflict-free with no financial ties to any
individual or institution. The only thing I sell is my time and
expertise. I believe in treating
your money with the same care and concern as I would if it were my
own. I offer highly personalized
service based on your individual needs and goals. I specialize in picking
stocks and I live by my reputation for insightful investing.
Does that mean I only invest in stocks?
No. While Bradyco Financial specializes in its stock picking
ability, it may also invest in bonds, convertibles, ETF’s (Exchange Traded Funds)
and mutual funds in limited circumstances.
